for two years @suuapinga has been our home of our monday morning routine and of course we love the running part but what we love as much is the coffee afterwards. we arrive, we connect, we feel seen. conversations unfold and we slow down to actually notice each other.
over the last weeks — with the opening of the suuapinga roastery — we deep-dived into the process of coffee roasting and got to roast our own filter and learned everything about coffee beans and the science behind latte art 🎨
we love our collaboration with suuapinga because we an equal understanding of values: we create a space where people want to spend time at, we respect and appreciate each other, we support any given time and learn from one another. we discuss but always find back to each other 🫂
celebrating our collaboration this saturday — of course we start with a run but we have different brunch options prepared for afterwards and also our new filter coffee for purchase :)) hope to see you all there and let‘s hang out and spend time together 💚

Spring Edition – Colombia La Joya
clean, floral and expressive.
A washed filter coffee with floral notes, brown sugar and yellow fruit. Grown in Nariño on Finca La Joya at 2000 metres above sea level.
Produced by Jermy Pedraza, this lot is made from Caturra, Castillo and Colombia varieties. Ripe cherries are selectively handpicked, depulped and fermented for around 18 hours before being fully washed. Slow drying on raised beds brings clarity and structure to the cup.

Suuapinga Family
Meet Timur – our head roaster, originally from the Ural region of Russia, and working in coffee for over a decade. After moving to Munich a few years ago, he joined Suuapinga and quickly became part of the team.
With a background in coffee competitions, Timur has been shaping his approach to coffee for years. For him, a good cup is never an accident – it’s the result of many people along the chain, often far apart, but connected by shared values and a shared goal.
He started behind the bar and, over time, took on more responsibility – always focused on refining the details. Today, he leads our roasting.
His favourite pairing? Filter coffee and a Cardamom Bun – a combination that just works.
What he values most about Suuapinga is the diversity of the team. Different backgrounds, different perspectives – coming together in one place, much like coffee itself.
Outside of work, Timur spends his time outdoors – running, cycling along the Isar or heading into the Alps. And when it comes to a place that defines him? There isn’t just one.
We’re glad you found your way to us.
