Events are the foundation of the SustainDriven business model. Most sustainable of them inspire volunteers, attract non-traditional sponsors and garner media attention.
Even though right now we can't support any events, in the near future when life goes back to normal we hope that this sustainable approach will be adopted by many event organisers.

Oil price crisis + COVID crisis + climate change + maybe, possibly another massive smoke filled summer affecting outdoor activities. What a combo for Alberta right now and in the nearest future. Based on my own Maritime experiences of having to create consumers for my products and the lack of density of available customers, we will need to compete like never before for half the business we easily attracted before.

According to a recent report by Environment Canada and Parks Canada, climate change will alter the climatic zones of 31 of Canada’s 39 national parks, Banff included.
Small changes lead to big impacts, and while we want to encourage you to still do the things you love and visit our amazing national parks, there are many ways we can enjoy our beautiful country in environmentally responsible ways.
