Unter dem Titel Fassaden & Fragmente verbinden Suse Bauer und Harald Popp ihre künstlerischen Positionen aus Skulptur und Fotografie zu einer Rauminstallation, in der sich Oberfläche und Form, Fragment und Abbild begegnen und ineinandergreifen.
Darüber hinaus entstanden – ausgehend von einer fotografischen Serie – in einem gemeinsamen Töpferworkshop Sofaminiaturen. Ein Jahreskalender mit Fotografien der Miniaturen ist exklusiv während der Ausstellung erhältlich.

We are delighted to feature Suse Bauer, whose work unfolds in a vibrant field between art-historical reflection and material experimentation. Her abstract concepts often carry clear cultural and historical references, yet they meet an intuitive sense for bricolage and craftsmanship — creating a distinctive synergy of intellect and touch.
Bauer’s practice celebrates the interplay between thought and making, precision and improvisation, history and the present moment.
Presented as part of Empowering Women Through Art, the exhibition brings together outstanding women artists, with proceeds benefiting both the artists and Women for Women International, supporting women worldwide. 💫

is on display at ASKING FOR A FRIEND, a show curated by the artist Achinoam Alon at Kunstverein Nürnberg
that runs until 5.4.24. The show includes works by Achinoam Alon, Keren Cytter, Aurélie Dubois, Liora Epstein, Leon Kahane, I.S.Kalter and Atalya Laufer.
