I went to the 10th Birthday Party of the incredible @dfb_storyhouse and met many of my favourite authors and illustrators including Philip Pulman!!! (Who was lovely and it turns out once taught at my middle school and knew the wonderful English teacher that had first got me into writing when I was 11!) I completely failed to take ANY photos of the party but this is me about to set off in my very ✨✨✨ best ✨✨✨✨ gladrags!

My last video of my administrative assistant / librarian / cat got about two billion more views that my usual book posts so an attempt was made to co opt her into a new book promotion role.
However as you can see here, it turns out she was a little bored by my plot devices and character development.
She clearly has terrible taste in books. What am I to do? 🙁
