Our Blue Ridge Bubbles is officially complete with secondary fermentation! This wine is a staple in our program and has been made from a Traminette base since 2014. Each year, our students put their own unique spin on the product but the pressure rating (around 4-5 bar), sweetness (around 1-2%), and flavors (tropical fruit and citrus) remain similar! This wine is made to drink so grab some with our official release sometime in March! More details soon!
