Harvest 2025. Although the critters (bees, wasps, birds, and gophers) were really getting after it this harvest, it turned out to be another great year. 461 lbs, should make about 250 bottles. Big thanks to the workers that got hot and sweaty!

Pruning for 2025. Good amount of water this year to flush the potash into the soil. Now armed with friendly chemicals, peracetic acid, sulfur, oil, and clay to keep off the unwanted creepy crawlers and unseen pests of the vineyard. Next Iāll battle the š¦ and š all in the name of š·.

Harvest 2024. Another great time with friends @jomo_1967@monasteriotamara , Laura, Violet, pickle, Carli, and family @lorisurilife@lotta_life6 removing small berries from vines with the mission of crushing, destemming, and fermenting. Brix went through the roof very quickly at 26 from the crazy heat weāve had lately. Wasnāt as large of a yield with about 240 lbs, compared to 2022, which gave about 400 lbs. This year I tried no bird nets and thankfully didnāt loose too many š . Still need to bottle 2023ā¦

Wow another fun harvest with this amazing crew of wine technicians! A little backstory: I tore my Achilles about 4 months ago skateboarding and couldnāt get out to the š to defend them from their enemies, the crucial one being fungus. Since everything is organic I have to stay on top of things almost daily but couldnāt because of my injury. Thus I lost about one third of my crop to powdery mildew. However the strange weather we had this year shifted harvest back one month from the usual September time frame and that worked out perfect because of the timing of my recovery so I could actually get out and do some work. Plus we upgraded this year with a destemmer and finished mucho rapido compared to previous years! Let the š· making begin !
