This mother of twins looks amazing after her tummy tuck surgery. She had an extremely wide diastasis and large hernia. Her final result is natural looking, she has a perfectly contoured abdomen, her belly button is perfect and her scar is thin and barely visible. She feels super strong and confident and she looks amazing.
Many people have the misconception that tummy tucks are only for patients who are out of shape or overweight, but this couldn’t be farther from the truth - this patient is a perfect example. Many of my patients post pregnancy or after weight loss are in amazing shape but no amount of diet and exercise can repair their abdominal wall muscles and remove excess skin. My patients also feel much stronger in their core, overall have more energy, have less back pain and overall feel amazing and more confident. Tummy tucks are life changing and it brings me so much joy to be a part in my patients’ transformation - ❤️ Dr. Cat

Reading this review from my patient’s mother brought tears to my eyes and truly touched my heart. Having a botched plastic surgery is traumatic and affects not only patients but also their families. Revision surgery is always a great challenge because there is often scar tissue and permanent injury to the body. There is also a deep emotional and mental toll on patients that I hope to heal through their revision surgery.
This particular patient had 2 previous tummy tuck surgeries by another surgeon. The first surgery he did an umbilical float where he cut off the belly button and also no drains were placed so she developed a large fluid collection which needed emergency surgery to remove. The second surgery the doctor did a partial muscle repair which fell apart then tried to fix the belly button but made it even larger and also off center. She also had an irregular scar with dog ears on the sides. He also did uneven liposuction and J plasma which created irregularities and burned all the tissues on the inside.
This was one of the hardest revisions I have ever done because of the injury to the tissues from her previous surgeon. I repaired the muscle plication, smoothed out the unevenness in her abdominal wall, centered her belly button and made it a natural looking “innie” and lowered her scar removing the irregularities and dog ears and re-designed the flap so there was no bunching. Fixing this in the setting of extreme scar tissue and having the belly button previously cut off was honestly a miracle. The second picture is 2 weeks after surgery - she has healed beyond amazing and I am so so grateful I was able to help her. - ♥️ Dr. Cat
Can you wear a bikini after a tummy tuck?
Absolutely. And for many of my patients, it’s the first time they’ve ever felt truly confident in one.
I’ve developed a technique that focuses on:
✔️ A low, barely visible incision that hides under most bikini bottoms
✔️ A beautifully contoured, natural-looking belly button
✔️ Sculpted abs that look incredible—on or off camera
My goal? Seamless, stunning results that look so natural… no one can tell you’ve had surgery.
That’s when I know we’ve done it right. 💫

Let’s clear up one of the biggest myths about breast implants. 🍼
Yes—you can breastfeed after getting implants.
I was even told by a nurse that I wouldn’t be able to breastfeed because of mine… and guess what? I breastfed for 4 years. 🤍
Here’s what the research actually says:
✅ Breast implants do not affect your ability to breastfeed.
✅ Success rates are nearly the same with or without implants.
✅ Most breastfeeding issues are genetic or due to low natural breast tissue—not surgery.
So if you’ve been worried, take a deep breath. You’ve got options.
And remember—never be afraid to ask questions. I’m here for you. 💬

Tummy tucks aren’t just for moms! 🙌
Anyone dealing with excess skin—whether from weight fluctuations or massive weight loss—can benefit from this transformative procedure. I’m even seeing more of this with the rise of Ozempic and other GLPs.
But did you know tummy tucks can also help with back pain? Tightening the core and supporting the pelvic region can make a huge difference. 💪
And it’s not just for post-pregnancy changes. I’ve performed tummy tucks on patients who had botched liposuction and are left with bumpy, irregular skin. It’s all about getting you the results you deserve.
Don’t let excess skin hold you back—let’s talk tummy tuck options! 💫
Have you had your breast implants for over 10 years? It might be time to check in.
This past month, I removed several ruptured silicone implants—some over 20 years old. The patients had no idea their implants needed monitoring or replacement. Silicone leaks often have no obvious symptoms, which is why regular imaging is so important.
Here’s what I recommend:
• Get imaging 3 years after surgery, then every 2 years
• Replace silicone implants every 8–10 years
• Replace saline implants around 15 years if no issues
• Watch for signs like hardening, asymmetry, or swelling
Taking care of your implants now can help you avoid complex surgeries later. If it’s been a while, let’s talk. Your peace of mind is worth it.
