I am not going to pretend every morning is easy, because it’s NOT. But becoming a morning person taught me that showing up for yourself doesn’t have to be perfect or long. Even on the hardest days, I wake up a little earlier just to have time that’s MINE. Some days it’s an hour. Some days it’s ten minutes. Either way, I always give myself something. 🌿

I don’t share a ton of personal things on social media. But I have been feeling called to talk what’s goes on behind the highlight reels for me in MY life.
I had a massive shift happen in my life about 2.5 months ago with my relationship with JT, my relationship with God, and my relationship with my Self. Now if you know why Self is capitalized and not all 1 word then props to you ;)
I had a great friend tell me, “There will be people who will tell you what you should do. But that is only for you and God to figure out. Don’t listen to the outside noise.”
It has caused me to dive more into my relationship with God. Turning me inward to my relationship with him and the man I’ve been living my life with for 3.5 years. It has been the hardest but most amazing thing that has happened to me. Relationship with your Self, with God, and with your partner takes WORK. And man did we dive into the work immediately. I knew if I didn’t I would be doing such a disservice to myself, to JT, and to God.
All I will finish to say is we needed this trip for our souls and for our relationship. I know there will be more trials in our life but I don’t want to do those trials with anyone else. Here is to reclaiming us and claiming God into our relationship 💛

My Morning Ritual 🌀
Becoming a morning person has been the best thing that has ever happened to me.
Is it always easy? Heck No. But then again, there is something so powerful about choosing the hard thing before the world wakes up, before the noise sets in. That quiet hour belongs to me, and what I build in it shapes everything else.
Resilience. Confidence. Calmness. Selflessness.
I can’t pour from an empty cup. So I fill mine first and then I show up fully for the women in my life who need me.
This is my ritual. This is how I become the vessel I was meant to be. 🤍
