Last week, our co-founder @lukedavieshair had the immense pleasure of cutting @ianmckellen ‘s hair, at his home in London.
Until now, Sir Ian had been growing his hair for his role as John Falstaff in “Player Kings,” a Shakespearean stage adaptation of “Henry IV, Parts 1 & 2”.
The entire process was beautifully documented by Sir Ian’s friend and renowned photographer @fredericaranda , who has worked with Vivienne Westwood, Anna Wintour, Tom Ford, and Marcus Rashford, to name a few.
It was an absolute privilege to be part of this transformation shoot.

Introducing Niall, the newest Junior Barber to join our team in Soho.
Having always wanted to pursue barbering, but choosing to get his clothing brand @allbutthread off the ground first, Niall recently moved to London and felt now was the right time to give both his focus.
