Wow! It’s 20 years ago since I took this picture. Things have certainly changed since then. I’m 25 in that picture and I’m now coming into the business end of my 40’s.
The hair’s receding and thinning (think it might be Turkey time😬). The waist isn’t quite as tight as it used to be, and the arms aren’t quite as jacked! (I’m lying here the arms are still pretty f*cking jacked! 😜). However there is a pooch coming that just won’t die! 😆.
My point is we’re never gonna be younger than we are right now so keep training, keep trying to eat healthy, don’t destroy yourself if you go for that cheeky little korma once in a while.
Enjoy the process and just know that even in your 40’s, 50’s or 60’s you’re still smoking hot and if you’re still training and on that grind there is nothing but respect from me to you.

3 reasons why you might not be in the shape you want before your holiday break.
Reason 1.
You’re not moving enough! Yes you train 4x a week and your diet is decent but your steps are not where they need to be.
Reason 2.
You think you’re dieting but you’re not! You’re drinking your calories, you’re having all those condiments while eating dinner and the maths ain’t mathing.
