An evening where design, culture, and conversation moved together.
In partnership with BD Barcelona, Super Studio, and Pink Rhino, we gathered creatives, thinkers, and industry voices for a night shaped by atmosphere, connection, and the future of contemporary living in Dubai.
More than an event, it was a moment built around community, dialogue, and the power of design to bring people together.

Design is a way of paying attention. The more you learn, the more you begin to see, not just the object, but the time, the hands, and the intention behind it. To live with design is to stay aware, to keep learning, and to let those stories shape how you move forward.

The Cosmos Bookshelf by Norman Foster for Tecno approaches storage as part of a larger idea, where structure, space, and movement are all connected. Built on a slender spine and designed to use the least material possible, it expands, adapts, and evolves with its environment.
Shelving becomes architecture, flexible, precise, and quietly powerful.
A reminder that design at its highest level is not about objects alone, but about systems that grow with the way we live and work.

The Fillet armchair by Living Divani, designed by Giacomo Moor, is shaped through a process of reduction, where structure becomes expression and every element exists with purpose. A thin metal frame, a curved shell, and the quiet dialogue between them create a balance of lightness and solidity.
Nothing is hidden, every joint, every curve, every connection is part of the story.
A reminder that design, at its most refined, is not about adding, it’s about knowing what to leave behind.

The Scarabei collection by Giopato & Coombes unfolds as a system of luminous forms that grow, expand, and evolve, much like organisms in nature. Each piece emerges from an unrepeatable process, where molten metal meets earth, capturing texture, movement, and the trace of the hand.
Repetition meets freedom, structure meets spontaneity, and together they create something that feels alive in space.
A reminder that design, at its most powerful, is not fixed, it grows, transforms, and carries time within it.

In the Bocci 93 process, molten aluminum is poured into hand-blown glass, where it moves, oxidizes, and settles, leaving behind a trace of its own movement, a record of gravity, temperature, and time.
Each piece holds that instant forever, unrepeatable, shaped by forces you can’t fully control, only engage with.
Design, at its most honest, is not about perfection, it’s about capturing the beauty of a moment as it happens.

Rooted in 2012 and shaped by a vision to bring the world’s most thoughtful design voices into one place, Super Studio has always been more than a showroom. It is a platform for connection, where global ideas meet local culture, and where design is experienced, not just displayed.
“Design is something we inherit, something we learn, and something we carry forward.
At Super Studio, every object holds a story, every collaboration adds a new layer, and every space becomes a moment in time. What began as a vision to bring together the world’s most thoughtful design has grown into a living platform, shaped by relationships, curiosity, and a deep respect for craft.
We don’t just show design, we live with it, learn from it, and continue its story.”
The BD Barcelona Multileg Cabinet Lacquer by Jaime Hayon balances discipline with imagination, a clean architectural body lifted by legs that feel almost alive. Each variation shifts the character, turning storage into something expressive, almost narrative.
High-gloss lacquer, layered color, and a system that adapts, not just to space, but to personality.
A reminder that design can be precise and playful at the same time, holding structure while leaving room for curiosity.

Design is not something we arrive at, it’s something we move through. It lives in stories, in time, in the quiet understanding of why things were made and how they continue to shape the way we live. To engage with design fully is to learn from it, to feel it, and to carry it forward with intention. Come experience design at Super Studio.
Storage, reimagined as presence.
From the sculptural language of BD Barcelona Design, these pieces move beyond utility. Cabinets, consoles, and systems become objects with weight, rhythm, and intention, holding not just what you need, but how you choose to live.
Defined by bold form, material honesty, and a point of view that feels collected, not assembled.
Designed to organize, yes, but more importantly, to express.

Softness with structure. A system that invites you in, then holds its shape.
The BD Barcelona Pillow Sofa by Muller Van Severen explores comfort as architecture, where each element feels relaxed yet intentional. Generous proportions, sculptural rhythm, and a presence that settles into the space without overpowering it.
Designed to be lived in, styled endlessly, and understood over time.
