Our debut EP ‘Out of Body’ is finally here, with two new tracks ‘Black Dog’ and ‘Said What I Said’.
It’s been a long old journey to get here. Tom has had three haircuts since we recorded back in February 2025 at The Nave.
When we first went in to record, we were still getting to know each other as a band and didn’t even have a name sorted. Supermaus was born by literally just chanting out words until something felt right.
'Out of Body' is about the traces that linger after someone or something is gone. It’s a record of absence, memory, and the ghosts that inhabit spaces we can’t return to.
The three rabbits on the cover are locked in a cycle with no start and no finish. Life folding into death folding into rebirth, over and over. A reminder that absence isn’t the end of something, just a different form of it.
