Last week, I couldn’t do the front loaded barbell squat, because it hurt! This week, I was ready to add weight! I did 95lbs, and I KNOW I can do more! Day 507 straight! 💕 What I realized is no one’s gonna make you get up and workout. It’s self-determination, discipline, dedication, and a conscientious decision to do what’s right for your body while you can. Clean eating, consistent workouts, active recovery, discipline, putting in the effort even when you don’t feel like it, and working out with bad hair days will pay off!! Cheers to a fruitful, healthy future 🥂
