We crossed a lot of open land to get here.
Left versions of ourselves behind like mile markers.
Then we stood still long enough
to promise to keep walking it together.
“I’m sorry you couldn’t find me. I have been in the woods. I put myself there because I couldn’t be good. I have been running with foxes and running with crows and I have found myself a home where no one goes.”
Last week in Nevada & the past 5 yrs definitely felt like a strange dream but I’m so glad we spent the time we did here & explored some of the coolest landscapes I’ve ever seen. It’s been real Nevada!!
