TRIVIA NIGHT â YCH COLLABORATION NEW ZEALAND PILSNERÂ
Brewed in collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops West Coast sales team. Our buds from YCH came down to brew with us and were ready to rumble.Â
Hops: Mosaic, Krush Cryo, Strata Cryo, Nectaron Cryo, Nectaron NobleÂ
DID YOU KNOW:Â
Yakima Chief Hops was one of the first hop brokers to work with Sunriver Brewing Company, with a relationship dating back to 2013.  Each year the brewery team travels to Yakima for hop selection with YCH sourcing varieties such as Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, and Krush.  By both volume and dollars, YCH is our single largest supplier of hops. Â
American Noble Hopsâą pellets are the leafy parts of the hop cone (bract and strig) which has had most of the lupulin removed resulting in a âde-bitteredâ hop. They are produced from whole leaf hops using Yakima Chief Hopsâ proprietary cryogenic separation process that preserves all components of each fraction.Â
Analytically, American Noble Hopsâą appear similar in character to traditional noble hops, including high aromatics and low alpha acids, while retaining regional hop characteristics that make them unique to Americaâs Pacific Northwest. This contributes pleasant noble bitterness with the unique aromas of higher resin varieties such as SimcoeÂź Brand, MosaicÂź Brand and Cascade.Â
Youâre invited to the Sasquatch Brewers Dinner at Oakway Pub in Eugene!
This special evening has become a tradition leading up to the Sasquatch Brew Fest â bringing together great beer, great food, and the people behind them.
This yearâs dinner features five tapas courses paired with beers from some of our best friends in the industry: ColdFire Brewing, Alesong Brewing, Claim 52 Brewing, and ForeLand Beer. Brewers (including Brett!) will be here throughout the evening to share stories, talk pairings, and celebrate craft beer together.
The event benefits the Glen Hay Falconer Foundation, which honors the life of a legendary Northwest brewer by helping professional and aspiring brewers further their education and expertise in the craft.

OTTERLY BEAUTIFUL â EXTRA PALE ALE (XPA)
Brewed in collaboration with the Elakha Alliance for their annual Oregon Otter Beer Festival at OMSI. The event requires that beers be produced using a large portion of (English) Maris Otter pale malt but can be presented in any style of beer. The beer also needs to come with a fanciful otter inclusive name. This year we focused on a hoppy, light XPA that comes in at just under 5% ABV. Otterly Beautiful hits with a snappy bite and punchy tropical and citrus flavor profile.
EMOTIONAL SUPPORT PEACOCK â HAZY IPAÂ
This hazy juice bomb delivers a brilliant display of tropical hop character.  Vibrant, hoppy notes of mango nectar, watermelon cooler, lemon-lime zest, and passionfruit candies leap from this brew.
THANKS, FROM THE HUMANE SOCIETY AND SUNRIVER BREWING COMPANY!
Your generosity continues to amaze and inspire us. Back in March, three of our locations participated in the Humane Society of Central Oregonâs Pup Crawl event. Because of you, we were able to generate over $2000 of funding for the Humane Society!
