On the heels of Women’s Health Week, Suncor employees heard from Dr. Erin Brennand, Head of Obstetrics and Gynecology, @albertahealthservices , on the evolving landscape of women’s health.
She shared practical insights on the importance of recognizing symptoms early and the critical role preventive care plays in supporting long-term health and well-being.
Access to care can be life-changing. That’s why we invested $5 million earlier this year to help establish the Suncor Women’s Health Centre, Calgary’s first comprehensive women’s health centre, expanding access to timely, high-quality, coordinated care.

Today marks 10 years since the 2016 wildfire forced the evacuation of 88,000 people from the Fort McMurray Wood Buffalo region.
On this anniversary, we’re thinking of all the employees, contractors, residents and community members whose lives were impacted. We honour the strength, resilience and compassion shown during an incredibly difficult time.

This month, we kicked off an exciting new sponsorship with the @cplcavalryfc , and what better way to mark the occasion than by spotlighting one of our own soccer fans, Stephanie G.
As VP Supply Chain Management, Stephanie leads procurement, logistics and end-to-end supply chain operations across the enterprise. Outside of work, she’s a lifelong soccer player who competed with the University of Calgary and later represented Canada at the national level, including as part of a Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF) gold medal-winning team.
Her experience on the field has helped shape her approach to collaboration and delivering results when it matters most, qualities that continue to define how she leads today.
We’re proud to have passionate professionals like Stephanie, whose leadership and team-first mindset extend well beyond the game, and we’re proud to be cheering on the Cavalry FC this season. Let’s go Cavs! 🐎⚽
