Most days, our job is putting out fires before the client even knows there’s smoke.
7am phone calls.
11pm texts.
Contracts falling apart.
Inspections.
Emotions.
Stress.
And every single client feels their situation massively — which means we carry a little piece of everyone’s stress while trying to stay calm, positive, and solution-focused 365 days a year.
But sometimes… the human side of the agent gets tired too.
Today was one of those days where things completely out of my control just felt heavy. So instead of flowers, the hubby showed up with this giant float because apparently he knows me too well. 😂☀️
So today… I’m floating, breathing, resetting, and reminding myself that it’s okay to pause for a minute too. 💙
