Serves: 4
Chicken Wings
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 egg whites

- ½ tsp white pepper
- 2 tsp chicken powder
- Neutral oil spray
Gochujang Sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1–2 garlic cloves, grated
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
To Serve
- Spring onions, sliced
- Toasted white sesame seeds
Place the chicken wings in a large bowl. Add the egg whites, cornflour, white pepper and chicken powder, then mix well until evenly coated.
