I was out of town last week and a huge branch fell off one of her trees and she moved this giant sized branch by herself “one inch at a time”. Which sort of coincided with a life lesson she accidentally gave me growing up.

Once again, my body remembered before my brain. We lost him 4 years ago today. I’ve been emotional and teary eyed all day thinking once again, that I was just being crazy. My body remembered before my brain. Just now I got dizzy, I went all tingles starting from my crown slowly to my toes. My eyes poured salty water and my throat hurled out one quiet moan. I don’t think about him very much anymore, but maybe still…just enough. But no matter my thoughts, my repressions, my doubts, my body will always remember. I am grateful.
