Mid-turn, caught between one thing and another between what they were and what theyāre becoming.
Iāve been thinking a lot about transition. About how it rarely feels like transformation in the moment it just feels like turning your head.

4 years in this gaff and Iām finally ready to say goodbye.
Blood, sweat, tears and all my savings went into this wee dream that wasnāt to be. We move, not yet but hopefully soon. Itās gonna be horrible saying farewell to having this and I feel so privileged that for a short window it was an alright spot to be in, alas no more studio or garden š but freedom and safety ā¤ļø
Hereās to the next chapter, hopefully filled with less sadness, more vibes, people, love and obvs doggos. On that note if you know of an affordable spot that will take a human, lots of art and a doggo lmk!

When your own walls have to become the storage space
Iāll be slowly starting to pack everything up in the coming weeks/months š and will be saying by to this home and studio. Heartbroken is an understatement but onwards to who knows where
I need to find some new homes for artwork, ideally Iād love to sell a few pieces to help support this next chapter but I understand this may not be possible so open to options
If youāre interested or have a venue/space/home that could house them please let me know, itād be a shame to thrown things away

Would love to find a way to curate, make work and build something special in Liverpool. We are nearing 10 years of trying and failing which is sad but true
At present itās near impossible to find a full time job in the arts that pays enough and provides a support structure, community of like minded folks and a passion for the arts that do as they say. I know itās hard
Iām lucky to be working full time in retail and dabbling in the odd bit of freelance but the dream remains to build something for us all. To occupy space long term, to listen and respond, to exist without fear
My commissions are open not only for artworks but also consulting as Iād love to find the right avenues to develop this further. To hold more conversations
