Still thinking about this meal 🦀 Soy marinated crab is notoriously hard to find done well in Sydney, but @sumseodang in Newington absolutely nails it. Also tried the grilled mackerel and seaweed & oyster soup — both worth ordering!

they focus on bringing the freshness and the true flavours of the ingredients, instead of using tons of MSG and spice in most of the Korean food we found on the street 😳😳😳 Tried 50+ Korean restos in Sydney, I’d say most of the dishes here tasted so different from what I’ve had before or I haven’t even had sth similar in the past 💥💥💥 the menu was short and simple, but they made each dishes perfectly delicious, and it’s the hearty and homey flavours💓💓💓💓
