A 6 day detox is not my typical choice for a vacation but it was an experience I’ll never forget! I feel more recharged than I can remember and loved every minute of it. Bringing this powerful message to life through this incredible creative is what makes me love what I do. Also, through the process picked back up my running habit and reconnected with the freedom running brings 🏃🏼♀️
