Después de una presentación histórica en el 2023 (la primera vez que Suicide Commando pisó suelo costarricense) la legendaria banda belga volverá este próximo 28 de agosto al escenario de Amón Solar en San José, en una noche que promete ser aún más intensa, oscura y devastadora.
Aquel primer concierto no solo marcó el debut de Suicide Commando en nuestro país, sino también el inicio de una nueva etapa para la escena underground en Costa Rica, abriendo el camino para toda esta serie de conciertos internacionales de culto producidos por Dissonantte.
Ahora, Johan Van Roy y compañía regresan para reencontrarse con el público costarricense en una ceremonia de EBM, industrial y dark electro que quedará nuevamente grabada en la memoria de nuestra escena alternativa. El concierto será presentado por ‘la nueva hija’ de DISSONANTTE llamada ZONA INDUSTRIAL, la cual además de Suicide Commando ya tiene anunciada otra fecha internacional con HOCICO, entre otras.

So yesterday was the BIG day, celebrating this unique anniversary with ALL of YOU @ GC Den Dries in Retie !!!
And to be honest, still impressed and flabbergasted by what happened last night, celebrating 40 years of SUICIDE COMMANDO with ALL of YOU was a dream come true !
I couldn't have imagined a better way to celebrate this unique birthday.
So THANK YOU ALL for being part of this all, the bands (Stin Scatzor The Juggernauts Leaether Strip Emmon ), the splendid organisation by Dark Balloon, the gifts I got from some of you ... and every single one of YOU !!!
It's been one hell of a journey !
We are still trying to understand what came over us last night.
We are so grateful to everybody involved in this evening. In the first place a very big shout out to Johan Van Roy to show the faith towards us, to organise the birthday party of his iconic band @suicidecommando_official . From start to finish it was a pleasure to work together on this. Also thanks to his band members Mario & Torben and all of his very professional crew for this legenadry performance.
Big thanks to @emmon_music & @leaether_strip_official to travel all the way from scandinavia to bloody Retie and deploy two mindblowing shows. And of course big thanks to @the_juggernauts_ebm & Stin Scatzor to travel all the way from Antwerp to the parking. 😉
