Evolve or dissolve, 15 years ago vs me now. 12 round fight I beat younger me, younger beats me tho in a 6 rounder tho on Decision. What's changed...I train smarter, I rarely sweat when I work out no cardio other than training my private clients. Bear mindset, I only do shit if I have to I don't put to much stress or mileage on my vessel. I can run 10 miles, fight then .. respectfully copulate. Animalistic mindset, I do have a sauna I use every day or other day but I'm a firm believer in kats over do it. Yea I hate running and never did unless I had a fight coming up. People ask me wat I eat, everything unless I have something I gotta step it up for but even then that bear mindset ya boii gotta eat. Don't stress over food as my uncle bud would say energy I gotta eat I need energy 😁

The Paiute War begins as Northern Paiutes raid Williams Station in Utah Territory, just east of present-day Reno.
This was not a random attack. It was a direct response after two young Paiute girls—CHILDREN—were raped by men associated with the station.
Also known as the Pyramid Lake War, the conflict lasted until August 1860 and was led by Numaga, who organized resistance against escalating violence, exploitation, and the invasion of Paiute land across Nevada, Oregon, California and Utah.
As documented in Sand in a Whirlwind and The Deadliest Indian War in the West, conflicts across the Great Basin did not begin with Native resistance—they were driven by abuse, dispossession, and repeated acts of violence against Indigenous people.
The Paiute War was only the beginning. Just a few years later, the Snake War would spread across the region, becoming the longest and deadliest Indian war in United States history—yet one that remains largely ignored in mainstream narratives.
History didn’t start with the raid.
It started with what was done to them.
