Before acting, Alexa Demie started her own sunglasses line called Mainframe. She used to buy cheap sunglasses in downtown LA and hand-decorate them with crystals and rhinestones.
Her brand went viral internationally, especially in Asia, and her sunglasses were worn by stars like Jennifer Lopez and Nicki Minaj. However, she reportedly shut down the brand after realizing that people weren’t paying her fairly for her designs.
