A warm welcome to our new trustees! π
Swipe to find out a little more about them π
Suffolk Mind has a formal constitution and is governed by an unpaid Board of Trustees, with day-to-day management delegated to a CEO. The trustees are responsible for the governance of the organisation, the delivery of safe and high quality services, and keeping financial accounts and safeguarding the assets of the charity. π

Sadly, one person dies by suicide every week in Suffolk.
Suicide continues to be a leading cause of death across generations. This is a tragedy for those affected by thoughts of suicide and for those bereaved by suicide.
We think that reducing suicide will need a community which reduces isolation and check on people when we know they are struggling.
It could take just one question to save a life.
A big thank you to Public Health Suffolk, who has funded this project.
If you or someone you know is affected by thoughts of suicide call:
- Samaritans on 116 123
- NHS 111 and follow the options
Please watch our video and visit our website to find out more about suicide prevention.
It's Mental Health Awareness Week. π
Weβre on a mission to make Suffolk the best place in the world for talking about and taking care of mental health.
All of us have mental health, just as we have physical health. We are all on the Mental Health Continuum β and we move up and down it depending on how we cope with the challenges of life and the stresses that it creates.
