It's always a process. You could do a gajillion roundtables and each time still feels like it's your first. It's the chaotic, consistent cycle: The idealism and wishful thinking, the coordination and scheduling, the working and reworking, the logistics and more logistics, the making sense of things you know nothing about coz you're just the dude who wants to have a killer conversation. But when the cameras roll, all the hassle-ness melts away and you're left with the simplest and more pure - picking the minds of talented artists about how they make us feel so much, so many.
And each time you're left with the same feeling...the uncontainable buzz, the gratitude of the army of talented folks around you making it happen, the unshakeable truth of knowing you want to do it all over again next year.
