‼️Wristband Exchange Information ‼️
YOU WILL NEED A WRISTBAND TO GAIN ENTRY TO THE SUMMER BALL 2026 & TO ACESS THE FREE TRANSPORT
You can exchange your e-ticket for a wristband in the week leading up to the event and on the day of the event. This will make entry much quicker and easier for everyone.
Wristbands can be collected from:
SUBU Reception, Talbot Campus, 1st Floor of the student centre between 10am and 4pm on Tuesday 26th, Wednesday 27th, Thursday 28th and Friday 29th of May.
There will be a last minute wristband exchange on the day of the Summer Ball at The Old Fire Station between 10am-2pm.
Here’s a few tips to make sure you’re prepared:
1. CHECK YOUR TICKET - if you’ve ordered a ticket, ensure you’ve been sent the e-ticket and are keeping it safe. You will need to show it alongside your ID and STUDENT ID to exchange it for a wristband to enter the event!
2. EXCHANGE DATES - E-tickets can be exchanged for wristbands at SUBU Student Centre on Talbot Campus Tuesday 26th- Friday 29th between 10AM-4PM & The Old Fire Station on the day of the event.
3. GUESTS - if you have purchased a ticket on behalf of someone visiting on the day, you can pick up a wristband on their behalf but then it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP IT SAFE. No wristbands can be replaced if lost. Each student can pick up up to four tickets for them and their guests.

SUBU Summer Ball is your annual @sububournemouth fundraiser. All money raised by the festival goes to funding your clubs and societies, Nerve Media, events on campus, student advice, liberation campaigns and much more.
The Summer Ball is organised completely for @bournemouthuni and @inspiredaub students to create the biggest student end of year event. Don’t forget each student is able to bring three guests from home.Alumni are also welcome every year 🚨
