Balance is an action. A living practice. Something we are constantly finding, refining, and returning to. For me, balance is not a final destination or point of arrival. Itās about staying in tune with yourself and recognizing the subtle shifts that happen from moment to moment.
True balance requires presence ā the ability to feel when you are out of alignment so you can gently reconnect. Through spiritual practices, nourishing foods, time in nature, and cultivating a calm and clear mind, we become more sensitive to ourselves and the world around us.

People keep telling me to post more of what I do⦠truth is, I forget. Iām usually just moving from one thing to the next, trying to stay present in it. Social media isnāt really how I operate, but I hear the messageāso hereās a small window into my week.
This clip is a broad jump from an Alpha full body strength class. Itās one of those sessions where everything gets trackedāreps, weight, time. Simple, honest work. No shortcuts.
My training isnāt one thing. Itās a blend. Capoeira, weight training, yoga, meditation, conditioning, dance. Some days it flows, some days it doesnāt.
Weekly rhythm looks something like this:

A season of shedding old layers, creating internal space, and returning to center.

Taking it slow. Rebuilding myself as a human and as an artist.
My perspective on myself and the world around me has been dissolving, making space for something new to form. A restructuring of how I move through lifeāone breath, one choice at a time.
Iām learning that timing and temperament matter. That in seasons of hardship, sometimes the strongest thing you can do is stand still, observe, breathe, before making drastic decisions. In difficulty, Iām finding the path of least resistanceānot avoidance, but alignment.
This has been a particularly hard season. New challenges, unfamiliar terrain, moments that forced me to rise even when I felt emptied. But when youāre at the bottom, the only way is up.
If youāre navigating your own rebuilding season, you donāt have to do it alone. Movement, breath, and presence have been anchors for meāand theyāre tools I share with intention.
