We’re teaming up with @force.endurance to kick start our new Saturday Sessions long interval running workouts to help everyone train for their distance running goals. -
Meeting at Lake Monger (carpark at the south west corner - entrance off Gregory St) at 7am each Saturday. $15 per session - eftpos available.

Sessions are released ahead of time to those attending. We’ll also help you work out pace ranges and groups based on your goal half/full marathon time. -
Every few weeks we’ll be donning the away kit and heading to @reset.hq hq for a post session recovery. Stay tuned for more info! -

Welcome Mel!
Today, we’re thrilled to welcome Sports Dietitian Mel Raybould from @fuelforlife to our team. We’ve long believed that improving diet is one lever that can be pulled on to help improve your overall health and, in some cases, positively affect your pain levels.
Coming from a triathlon background, Mel is an expert in sports dietetics, helping athletes and weekend warriors prepare for upcoming races, challenges and events. She also has a lot of expertise and training in helping peri-menopausal women to optimise their nutrition.
Mel will be consulting on Mondays and Tuesdays from our premises and will be working closely with our team and clients to help people along their health journey.
It’s gonna be a warm one down the coast, but training through the Perth summer has prepared you for this.
We’re wishing the best of luck to all of our awesome clients doing the Busselton Bay Run this weekend!! You know who you are!
