I know it's a bit early but I might be busy this weekend.
After holding my daughter for the very first time and experiencing real unconditional love, that I will k!|| anyone who trys to hurt you love, I've realized so many of our mothers grew up not ever experiencing that. No father's, no husbands to love them unconditionally. Now throw in some bad ass kids with no respect for any type of authority and you have mi madrecita. I joke and call her my first toxica but it took many years of healing myself and doing that shadow work to see her trauma. They say you get stuck mentality at the age the trauma began. I now see that's she's still that little girl waiting for daddy to come pick her up and tell her everything is going to be OK. Forgive me for not seeing it sooner. Happy mother's day to all the beautiful mothers out there really putting in the work and being a mother and breaking them cycles as well. And to all the beautiful mother's to be, you are a gift to this world and to that beautiful seed you carry ❤️ Tell them Sub One said so ❤️
