Suárez Architecture designed the renovation of the western, northern, and eastern façades of the northern portion of Midtown Plaza.
In its previous condition, the building looked tired and dated. The goal of the renovation was to provide a much-needed “facelift” to the existing structure—bringing new life and a more modern presence to the space.
The southern portion of the plaza has yet to be renovated, and its tan and red color palette remains visible in the photos—offering a clear before-and-after comparison of the transformation.
