6 years ago our hearts broke into pieces watching the videos of our beloved first baby burn to ashes. No insurance, lot of costs and tears, but with it so much love and support we will never take for granted. That painful transformational force we needed to be where we are now🙏🏽💘

The warmth of the sun after a cold lake swim. The smell of the forest after rain. Good food shared slowly. A room full of people singing together. That first deep exhale after practice.

happy guesthouse retreat season 2026 @suansati 🥭!!! It feels like just yesterday I was hitting the gong at 530am to guide morning pranayama, yoga & meditation🌞
Today, marks one year since I said yes to the best unknown I’ve felt thus far. Truly allowing the stars to guide me through this chapter. Got on a plane and never looked back! Flew to the Motherland and had the opportunity to teach yoga abroad for the first time… fully not knowing what was waiting for me on the other side of the world.
What I found was more than a teaching experience. It was transformation. It was healing in ways I did not know I needed. It was deep connection, to both the practice, to the people, and to a part of myself that felt like home.
Being there brought me closer to my roots, to my parents’ home in a way that felt grounding and full circle. How my parents raised me started to make so much sense. I felt them with me every step of the way.
That chapter changed me forever, I am eternally grateful for everyone I met along the way. Suan Sati, you will always have a special place in my heart. And I’ll carry those memories, those feelings, and that version of myself with me always 🤍
