Is Raf Simons back?
Not exactly. After the brand’s three year hiatus, Raf Simons returns—not with a new collection, but with an archive sale and installation at Dover Street Market Ginza. Simons has mentioned before that he would “like to go public with an art institution,” and now he has, celebrating the label’s nearly 30-year history. The pop-up will include pieces from some of Simons’s most esteemed collections, like FW2001 Riot! Riot! Riot! and FW2002 Virginia Creeper.
In honor of the label’s brief return, Stylys Studios is bringing a few of our own pieces back—featuring the AW2014 Sterling Ruby collaboration bleached button-up and the SS23 fishnet tank from his final collection.

MM6 Spring/Summer 2018 collection’s signature motif was inspired from Martin Margiela’s early 1990s sketches—an archive of handwritten notes, scribbles, and doodles later expanded by the MM6 staff. The collection revisits the foundational codes of Line 6 through reconstruction, material reuse, and process-led design, repurposing fabrics from the Margiela mainline and reworking past carryovers.
The photographed shoes are an extremely rare pair of trainers presumably produced in 2002, according to GQ. Initially designed by Adolph and Rudolph Dassler for the German army in the 1970s, circulated within the Margiela studio and marked by hand with staff doodles
