Twenty-five years ago, Queer Eye began as a simple idea: that compassion could be contagious, that listening mattered, and that people could be changed by being truly seen.
This season, our tenth on Netflix, filmed in Washington, DC, will be the final chapter of this particular journey.
Over the past decade on Netflix, and across twenty-five years in the world, this show has quietly insisted on something radical: kindness is not weakness. Vulnerability is not failure. And transformation doesn’t happen when we tell people who to be, but when we meet them exactly where they are.
To the Fab Five, past and present: you carried this idea with grace, humor, intelligence, and heart. You showed up fully, episode after episode, and turned care into an art form. You didn’t just host a show. You modeled a way of being with others.
To our extraordinary crew: you built a safe space behind the camera so something honest could happen in front of it. Your craft, patience, and belief in the work made every story possible.
And to every hero who trusted us with their life, their home, their fears, and their hopes: you are the soul of Queer Eye. Your courage is what the world responded to. Thank you for letting us witness you.
This show has never been about makeovers. It’s been about dignity. About reminding people that they are worthy of care, exactly as they are, and capable of becoming more than they imagined.
As this season airs, I feel nothing but gratitude. For what we made. For who we met. For what this show has meant to so many, including me.
