I was sent this @charlottetilbury blushed lip balm for review. It feels like a balm, goes on like a sheer colored balm, but it's buildable. It does give a blush like effect to the lips that's really pretty. It's also scented, almost cocoa like. As it felt very comfortable on the lips, I'll probably reach for this often. It's pretty, it's brown tinted and the name alone, 90's Kiss, let me know I'd love it. Plus, it's #crueltyfree!
