I’ve never seen myself as someone who “sells” things on this page — this space has always been about the work, the craft, the people I photograph. But when the chance came to collaborate with @badwithoutreason , something clicked. The paper clip bracelet they sent isn’t loud or flashy; it’s subtle, intentional, and a little rebellious. On Wednesday, we had a semi-spontaneous photoshoot/assignment at @lci_barcelona The task: Split into 2 groups. Set up & light two studios simultaneously for our model to jump between for various full body looks and portraits. While the model was in one studio with one group, another would have a limited time to set up for the next look. Sometimes we had our own light setups and others were set up by the other group. The lesson, I think, was to see if we could rally our own groups, think on our toes, interact with the model, hair and makeup talent, and make the best of a challenging situation. We all took turns shooting as well. It was fun, and I’m glad to have such nice classmates to work alongside. Ahora que he vuelto a centrar gran parte de mi energía creativa en la moda, aprovecho cada oportunidad para crear algo con otros creativos del sector. Así fue como encontré a @puntets en @litmind . Hablamos de una idea muy sencilla para poder reunirnos y ver si había química creativa... y entonces me puse enferma y cancelé a última hora. Raluca fue muy amable y comprensiva, y una semana después la contacté de nuevo y, sin dudarlo, aceptó venir a la sesión unos días después... y OTRA VEZ... me puse muy enferma. En serio, esta vez sí. Sudaba y apenas podía mantenerme en pie... pero no podía cancelar otra vez, así que lo hicimos... en 20 minutos. No más. Pregúntenle a Raluca. Parecía que iba a desmayarme... Pero entre que no quería ser la mala que canceló dos veces, y su amabilidad y sus ganas de conocernos y crear, en esos pocos minutos creamos algo precioso y descubrimos una nueva colaboradora creativa para el futuro. Espero que disfrutéis de estas imágenes tanto como nosotros y ¡tengo muchas ganas de volver a trabajar con Raluca en un futuro próximo! Now that I’m back to focusing much of my creative energy on fashion, I take every oppoerunity I can to create something with other fashion creatives. This is how I found Raluca on Litmind. We talked about a very simple idea so we could meet and see if there was any creative chemisrty... and then I came down with something and cancelled at the last minute. Raluca was so sweet and understanding, and a week or so later, I contacted her again and without hesitation, she agreed to come shoot a few days later... and AGAIN... I got super sick. Like, seriously this time. I was sweating and could barely stand... but I couldnt cancel again, so we did it... in 20 minutes. No more. Ask Raluca. I looked like I was going to collapse... But between me not wanting to be the asshole who cancelled twice, and her being super sweet and eager to meet and create, in those few moments we DID make something beautiful and got to discover a new creative collaborator for the future. I hope you enjoy these images as much as we do and I cant wait to work with Raluca again in the near future!

[11 images] Had a few hours in the studio at @lci_barcelona and asked @jrennegm_ if he wanted to come mess around and help me and my classmates. Of course he said yes. Everything you see came from spontaneous reaction to the clothes Renny brought and the items and equipment we had around us. I can always depend on Renny to give all of his energy to any creative endeavors, and to be there as a damn good human and friend! Thanks, brother!
