Current pic is from this past MonsterTrack in NYC. The energy was high as we were treated to a cold but beautiful weekend. I didn’t race, but instead covered the event as a street level reporter grabbing pre and post race interviews with the ones who did. You’ll find those on @nycspokesstack and @bikeriders.radio

700 miles in 9 days along the Empire State Trail from Niagara Falls back to NYC with a detour through the finger lakes. I met some really kind and interesting people, drank a lot of bad coffee, and saw more waterfalls than I could count. I LOVE BIKES!!
I would highly recommend biking through the NC research triangle and reconnecting with the people and places that raised you. Would NOT recommend the 11 hour train rides each way.
