For more than a decade, Nicole has created design work across the entertainment industry, developing visual assets for major brand partnerships, live events, and on-air experiences. She currently serves as a Senior Designer at Paramount Skydance, specializing in branding, motion-forward graphics, and visual storytelling for large-scale entertainment audiences.
Beyond her work in television and entertainment, Nicole also collaborates with creators and small businesses through freelance branding projects, creative direction, and YouTube thumbnail design, bringing strategic visual thinking to both corporate and independent creative spaces.
Nicole’s presentation will offer insight into designing within fast-paced entertainment environments while balancing brand consistency, audience engagement, and creative adaptability.

Part 1: Paramount Environmental Design 🏈
I kept putting this off because… this one was a lot.
What you’re seeing is just a slice, but we basically turned a blank ballroom into a fully branded bar lounge and seating for 200+ people (in under 24 hours) after designing, printing, and shipping everything in about 2.5 weeks (including shipping)
If you know print, you know that timeline is borderline disrespectful.😂
We were working between CBS Sports and Paramount Global..which sounds straightforward until you’re deep in it comparing several slightly different shades of blue. (FYI, blue printed is rough 🔵)
Big shoutout to Nicole for helping to shape the system and pulling the CBS eye and football reference into something that actually felt cohesive instead of odd.
We didn’t just design, we helped bring this to life (literally)And everyone who helped ( I doubt they are reading this but Ellie, Anna, Maria etc) who were literally moving walls, installing, cutting, setting up and making it all happen.

This weekend I gave my first-ever solo talk at Phoenix Design Week! I’ve only ever spoken on design panels before, so leading a 45-minute breakout session on my own was a challenging yet proud moment.
