No rule says your subject has to be off to the side. Sometimes the middle is exactly right:
CENTERED.

What makes centered compositions work?
Tried something different… and I actually get the hype now.
The SoundPEATS Clip1 don’t go in your ears, they clip on. And that alone makes them way more comfortable for long use.
But the real surprise? The sound still holds up. You get clear audio, solid bass, and enough detail to actually enjoy what you’re listening to.
They stay in place, feel light, and just make everyday listening easier, especially if regular earbuds start to feel uncomfortable after a while.

Too Good To Crop Part III.
Nothing added.
Nothing taken away.
Just the frame as it was.
POLL: What makes a shot complete to you?

Shot this in downtown Toronto on the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra.
Filmed in log, then brought it to life in the grade.
It’s always interesting seeing how much you can pull back light, color, detail, all hidden in the footage.

Frame within a frame.
Not everything needs to be centered, sometimes it just needs to be contained.
Using what’s already there; windows, doorways, lines to shape the scene and guide the eye.
It’s less about adding more…and more about seeing differently.

Cleaned up my desk a bit.
The Oakywood Monitor Shelf setup with the drawer, phone holder, and tray just makes everything easier to reach and keeps the space looking simple.
Just a cleaner, more functional setup.

There’s something about repetition.
Same shapes, same lines over and over again.
Windows, lights, patterns in places you’d usually walk past.
All it takes is slowing down enough to notice the rhythm.
What pulls you in the most?

UPDATE: NEW (kinda 😅) CAMERA ALERT !!
Still can’t believe this one…
Fujifilm Canada just sent over the Fujifilm GFX100S II and I’m genuinely excited to put it to work.
This is my first time spending real time with a medium format system, so I’m curious to see how it changes the way I shoot, especially with detail, dynamic range, and overall image feel.
But I don’t want to just shoot what I think is interesting…
👉🏾 What do you want to see?
Street? Portraits? Low light? Color grading?
Drop your ideas and I’ll build the content around that.
Let’s make this one count.

Spring doesn’t arrive all at once.
It shows up quietly, in color, in light, in small details you almost miss.
These are some of those moments. Simple, soft, and easy to overlook, but worth stopping for.
