📝 Here's a real time reel of me doing some late night colouring in using my non-dominant hand with a fun pencil that has more than one colour in the lead - flowing and feeling free (sound on for colouring in sounds and some breathing!)
💐Colouring in has proven to*:
relieve stress
promote mindfulness
possibly help with sleep
boost motor skills
create space for play.
Enjoy the process
