As an exciting night approaches us this December, here’s an in depth look at Voyage51 a talented young artist from the borderland. We are glad to have him cue up the night for us and can’t wait to hear what he’s got in store.

In session II, we invite Freeman 713 Freeman 713 is a DJ and producer from Northern California, now based in Los Angeles. Known for blending dense tribal grooves with high-energy techno, Freeman crafts sets that are heavy, driving, and relentlessly danceable. Their performances channel raw audio freedom, equal parts hypnotic and explosive, pushing dancers into unexpected sonic territory. In 2021, Freeman’s Weapons series, tooly tribal-infused tracks inspired by early 2000s hard techno, began gaining global attention online. At the same time, they carved a reputation in LA’s underground, delivering blistering sets at renegade raves and forging connections with the city’s techno community. Freeman often performs live hardware sets as well as vinyl sessions rooted in tribal house, further expanding the range of their sound. June 2024 marked Freeman’s debut at Berlin’s iconic RSO, a milestone that underscored their growing international reach. They have performed across the United States at major underground parties such as L.A.U.R.A., PHAASER, and Outlaw, as well as influential European gatherings like Splinter Cell in Leipzig. Their productions have earned global recognition and support from artists including Anetha, D.Dan, LSDXOXO, VTSS, and Daria Kolosova. Emerging from LA’s underground DIY dance music scene, 1morning has set himself apart from his peers becoming a beacon inspiration for techno producers and DJ’s by keeping the historical context of techno alive. Inspired by the pulsating beats and intricate rhythms of 90s techno from labels like Bush, WetMusik, and Ingoma, his music production and DJ sets have become refreshing history lessons for the ever expanding state of techno. 1morning’s music is a unique blend of old-school and new-school techno, incorporating the raw energy and driving beats of 90s techno with the modern production techniques and futuristic soundscapes of contemporary techno. His DJ sets are full of tension and momentum out of the grooves of his collection of 90’s vinyl and remains versatile throughout his selection of hard, funky, and dynamic tracks. His undeniable knowledge of crowd work and passion for techno music manifest itself in the range of sounds represented in his selection of tracks.
