The stunning house at 16 Molesworth Street in Studley Park by Chancellor & Patrick is up for sale.
The house does have a generic heritage overlay, but sits just outside of the mid-century specific heritage overlay that protects many of the houses on my tours, so it should definitely not be taken for granted that this house will remain post sale.
