Weaving Willow is a fiber artist that creates adorable and fantastical creatures through crochet. If you’ve ever been in our store— you’ve seen her work! We’re big fans of her and are so happy to host her for this months art walk.
Studio Zoologic is a mother-daughter team passionate about critters of all kinds. Gwen’s artwork can be found as stickers, prints, ceramic mugs, and more. They also offer her lovingly and responsibly bred critters for sale.
They’ll be popping up with all their wonderful critter collections from 5-8pm~
Just me segregating the trash cats because, apparently, one EITHER loves raccoons OR one loves opossums.

We have some beautiful kittens who are ready for loving, responsible homes. We would love to adopt them out as two pairs. Cats do actually suffer when they’re left alone. They need someone who understands that they’re adopting cats, not kittens. That the first year will be filled with curtain climbing and sofa scratching and everything in the world being a toy or a climbing gym. Someone who understands that they should be kept inside, get regular veterinary care, and quality food. Someone who realizes that pets are a lifetime commitment, and not a source of occasional entertainment. That if you think their fingertips should be cut off to spare your furniture, cats are not the pet for you (declawing is illegal in 20 countries). And lastly, it is in your best interest and the best interest of the world to get them spayed/neutered. Central Arkansas
After 7 years, I finally have some pretty individuals to isolate from my backyard isopod colony! These are Armadillidium vulgare, which is the isopod most people think of when they picture an isopod!

Greeting customers significantly reduces theft. A direct and friendly greeting signifies that you’re paying attention. Worried about the “shy” folks? Make your greeting short and sweet and offer an out: something like, “feel free to shop and let us know if you need anything” invites them to speak to you if they need to and to stop speaking with you if they don’t want to. As an artist, I would encourage you to use your greeting to introduce the art as your own. It makes a difference.
