We recently worked with JOUS, a new hydrating fruit drink, to develop a brand that sits between wellness and nightlife, two spaces that don’t often overlap visually. A throwback to one of our projects, Oh So Saucy 🌶️ What began as a family recipe having been enjoyed for decades, has now evolved into a versatile flavour led product. Originally used as a salad dressing, the sauce is incredibly diverse and can be used as a dressing, dip, or finishing touch. Our approach to the brand was rooted in elevating that story. We developed a fully bespoke identity through custom typography. The dripping details included in the logo became a signature of the brand, subtle yet intentional. How do you visually represent slowing down time? We took an image of the main ingredient in each product, extracted a sliver, and expanded it into a pixelated colour pattern. The result is modern, playful and rooted in the product itself. The stretched pattern subtly reflects the idea of elongating breakfast, a visual metaphor for savouring the moment, inspired by the long Swedish morning. The brief was simple: design breakfast packaging that feels like homeware. We created a reusable glass jar designed to live on the breakfast table, not be hidden away in a cupboard. Clean, tactile and considered, it elevates everyday granola, muesli and porridge into part of the morning ritual. Örum was born from the philosophy of the long Swedish breakfast, slow mornings, thoughtful rituals and food made with care. An offshoot of Örum119, the premium Swedish hotel and farm bakery, the brand brings that same sense of calm hospitality to breakfast tables at home. For the identity, we created a mark that feels understated yet confident, rooted in Scandinavian simplicity, but warm enough to sit proudly at the heart of the table.
