Not sure how many users there are in this niche, but my embroidery importer addon for Blender is now online on my Github. It allows you to import files made for embroidery machines into Blender.
Personally I've tested it with .pes files made with the Ink/Sketch addon for Inkscape but it should support many other file formats as well.
