Studio Toujours is hosting a self serve DIY Bag Charm & Keychain Bar at our store, where you can design your own customized, one-of-a-kind accessory! You get to choose your own pre-knotted component as a base and embellish with an eclectic mix of wooden, glass, and acrylic beads. Knots are assembled by @studiotoujours ❤️ Knot designs and colors available are first come first serve; exclusive Happy Hues charms are custom made by our shop (only available for the DIY bar). Walk-ins are welcome, you just need to visit during our store hours and purchase a ticket at the front desk. Or you can reserve a session after our store hours for a more intimate experience with friends (up to 6 people per session). The fee is for the knot, reservations are at no additional cost. Looking to stop by the DIY Bag Charm Bar with a group of friends? You might want to consider reserving a spot during @happyhues.shop after hours for a more intimate experience. After running this pop up in 2025, we noticed that a lot of people came by in groups of 4-6 people. Love a good group craft! Since the DIY station can only seat six people at a time, Happy Hues is now offering the option to reserve a spot for you and your friends after hours (6-7p) so you can guarantee a time slot to craft together without having to wait for a seat at the table. You can reserve a session after the regular store hours for a more intimate experience with friends (up to 6 people per session). There’s a link in my bio for reserving a spot after hours; the fee is for the knot, reservations are at no additional cost, so you will just need to bring your confirmation email. Back by popular demand, the DIY bag charm and keychain bar is popping back up at @happyhues.shop in downtown Seattle starting this Saturday (May 16)! With this pop up happening in the Spring, I wanted to make a different variation of knot to coincide with the season of blooms, which led to the flower knot. Flowers symbolize transformation and growth, something that can feel so deeply personal and unique for each person. The flower felt fitting for a base silhouette to customize around. This event will be available as a walk-in and knot designs/colors are first come, first serve. If you’d like to bring a group of friends (up to 6 people), Happy Hues is offering reserved after hours slots that you can book. Check the link in my bio for more details!

Happy 6 years of creating work at Studio Toujours!! I completely blanked last week and missed the actual day-of anniversary of this small business, but better late than never, right? Looking back on the last six years, it’s wild to see both how much and how little this business has changed. I’m still making jewelry by hand, custom mixing all the clay colors and textures, shaping the clay, sanding using multiple grits, and assembling every component with care. I’m also now learning how to design non-jewelry accessories, building relationships with other local makers, and learning to get creative in new ways. Thank you for those who have been here say day one, and equally appreciate those who have found this little corner of the internet somewhere along the way. 🫶🫶 Here’s a throwback photo from the very early days of working in my first ever creative space. I really miss the natural light in that office!!

We’re barely a couple days into March and I’ve somehow already made 100 pairs of earrings this year!! Forever grateful for all the love and support. I shipped the biggest batch of IMAGINATION earrings off to Palm Springs at the end of February and now replenishing my inventory for the Spring. I am forever grateful to get to share this creative work. Art can be so subjective and will not always resonate with everyone. It’s scary and makes me feel all sorts of vulnerable to put it out in the world like this. The stories that you’ve shared back with me on the outfits that you love accessorizing earrings with, or the compliments you receive, or recognizing my work in the wild… thank you. ❤️🥰

We are officially sold out of the Power Library User hat in Castleton green!! Wow. Thank you so much for your love and support on these. I teased the Midnight Blue version of this hat in late 2025 and excited to finally have a launch date for them! Keep an eye out next weekend, March 8, as they’ll be coming to the online shop! These hats are designed by me and locally embroidered by an AAPI, women-owned small business. It has been a dream to work on accessories in partnership with another local business with shared mission and values. Thank you for supporting small business that prioritize supporting other small businesses!!

2025 was a year of learning, trying new things, and feeling so out of my comfort zone. From saying yes to so many events, co-hosting events with fellow small business friends, launching a new product vertical (hats!), and then wrapping it all up with a new photoshoot at the very end of the year… 2025 was so fulfilling. Thank you all for being such a big part of this year of learning. Feeling so grateful to always get to be creative in this space and to share the journey with you all. ❤️❤️
