For six years, our hiring philosophy was simple-find hungry, talented people early and grow together. That built Studio Sorted, and we wouldnāt change a thing about it. But weād be lying if we said itās enough for where weāre headed.
The past few months, weāve quietly rebuilt everything. Business manager, HR, account manager, legal, a whole new office. Weāre actively replacing the chaos that we love with systems that will love us more.
The foundation is built. Now we need the creative minds to match.
Weāre hiring a Lead Designer and a Lead Strategist. Senior roles. Not ācome learn with usā positions. We need people whoāve put in the years, have a point of view, and donāt need anyone to tell them what good looks like.

Itās crazy to think we started Sorted as college students. No agency background. No capital. No mentor in the business.
Just two architecture kids who had to unlearn a lot and learn even more.
We cooked this through college, taught ourselves branding by getting our hands dirty in real projects.
We still remember our first website brief. Didnāt even know what UI/UX meant.
But we figured it out. Bit by bit, client by client, year after year, we built an agency that brands across the world trust today.
