This client wanted to create new spaces that would enhance the overall guest and staff experience. Featuring dining, meeting rooms, and lounges, it is flexible enough to support pop-up events and everyday work. As a well-known brand with an existing campus, the client was looking to create a space that felt like them, yet offered a completely new experience with an elevated look suited for the A-list talent and board members who will be visiting frequently for meetings. An Irish pub in the heart of JPMorgan Chase's global headquarters. Following the client's vision and working with Danny Meyer's @ushgnyc , STUDIOS brought the familiar warmth of a traditional pub into one of New York's most ambitious new buildings. Morgan's offers 55 seats with floor-to-ceiling views of New York City skyline. The design challenge? Translating the intimacy of a pub into a modern headquarters. We played with scale, supersizing elements like the pub storefront to increase transparency while creating intimacy with the furniture and finishes. The result is a space that feels like a neighborhood spot, not a corporate amenity. Step away from the bustling food hall on the opposite side of the floor, and you'll find the warm glow of a pub that could be anywhere, but exists only there. This Earth Day, we are proud to highlight a few of our many LEED Certified projects. The built environment has the power to positively impact the health and wellbeing of all. We focus on enhancing the overall experience of the spaces we design, carefully selecting materials that contribute to well-being and integrating elements of biophilia, neuroscience, and the natural world. By doing so, we create unique environments, positive experiences, and improve quality of life.

As part of the effort to enhance their Pleasanton campus, this technology company collaborated with STUDIOS on the design of a new dining destination. The extensive daylight, use of natural materials, and connection to the surrounding landscape support staff wellbeing, complimented by the nutritious food options that help sustain energy and focus throughout the day. The projects just keeps getting better when you are working with FTI Consulting @lifeatfti is consistently looking to innovate, improve, and focus their brand in their offices. We're thrilled to finally share our first look at The Exchange at JPMorgan Chase's new global headquarters at 270 Park Avenue, captured beautifully by photographer Eric Laignel. The Exchange anchors the heart of the building: two dramatic transfer floors that form the core of the arrival experience for nearly 12,000 employees and visitors every day. More than a connector between levels, it's a destination in its own right, a curated urban landscape of amenities designed to inspire connection, fuel collaboration, and offer moments to recharge. This has been a long time coming, and we couldn't be more proud of what this team created together.

STUDIOS is celebrating 40 years of creative design. At UCLA Gayley Heights, STUDIOS designed a high-rise residential community that meets the urgent need for student housing while enhancing campus life. Rising above Westwood, the building provides over 600 beds in apartment-style units that support both independence and connection among students. At the ground level, welcoming communal spaces create a strong sense of arrival and encourage social interaction. Shared amenities such as study lounges, multipurpose rooms, and outdoor terraces are strategically placed throughout the tower to foster community and support student well-being. The design emphasizes light, openness, and livability. Generous glazing maximizes natural light and views, while a restrained palette of durable materials ensures comfort and longevity. By combining efficient planning with thoughtful design, Gayley Heights contributes to a more inclusive, accessible, and vibrant campus experience. 📸 Tim Griffith

STUDIOS is celebrating 40 years of creative design. For Nickelodeon’s West Coast Headquarters, we expanded the Burbank campus with a new five-story building, entry pavilion, redesigned courtyard, parking structure, and upgrades to existing studios. The campus reflects Nickelodeon’s playful identity, with vibrant art, character installations, and spaces that foster creativity and collaboration. The layout prioritizes artists' needs, with perimeter offices reducing glare and creating consistent lighting. Setbacks along the courtyard form “front porches” where teams gather, framed by bold graphics of beloved characters. Each floor features a central “working gallery” for collaboration and display, visually connecting the courtyard to mountain views. The courtyard itself acts as the campus heart, encouraging spontaneous interaction. Amenities include a screening room, voice-over studios, café, fitness room, Zen garden, and dedicated spaces for music, games, and making. The result is a dynamic, inspiring environment that supports community and creative expression. 📸 Bruce Damonte

As part of this year’s @openhousenewyork Weekend, visitors toured Starrett-Lehigh with @studiosarchitecture to see the building’s ongoing transformation. Highlights included the redesign of former truck bays into flexible amenity spaces, the addition of @leveltennyc , and the replacement of eight miles of historic ribbon windows—an iconic architectural feature of the building.
