For The Wayfinders, PUCA FX designed and fabricated bespoke pointed ear prosthetics for a number of the cast.
Using 3D scans and a hybrid digital / traditional workflow, we produced master block moulds from hand-sculpted designs — built for consistency, realism, and on-set efficiency. Here I am working with a 3d printed mould, first project using new kit we've been able to buy with the generous support of @filmtvcharity .
Last year my company, @fromlifeprosthetics was awarded the Reel Impact Award, a specifically anti-racist program designed to create a more representative industry.

The brilliant Cynthia De La Rosa @cynthiahairandmakeup brought us on to create old age makeups for Adjani Salmon and Babirye Bukilwa - featured in the opening of episode 1, where Kwabena imagines winning Best Newcomer at the baftas, in his 70's..

Hybrid build with a mix of digital scans, printed lifecast, core and a traditional clay sculpture. The mounted sculpt was scanned again to generate a matrix jacket ready to pour a silicone negative.

Work I did for Wednesday S2, last year. Digital sculpt, segmentation and moulds for two horror character waxworks. The job was supervised by @studiosangeet , who handled the physical making of the pieces for HOD propmaker @markmahersculptor . Printed on @phrozen3d mega 8ks and @elegoo Neptune 4 max from a digital design. Silicone head cast from a printed waste mould, finished the piece with some extra silicone appliances for extra detail!
